Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we are more than happy to bring your vision to life. We require a copy of your design with a minimum of 300 dpi (high-resolution image) to be email it to us at luxurnia.info@gmail.com
Do you offer bulk/ group orders?
Yes, almost all of our products are available to be purchased in big quantities. Please email us at luxurnia.info@gmail.com
How do I know what size to order?
All of our apparel listings have a size chart photo. We also provide a brief description of each listing on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at the moment.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. We do not offer free shipping on bulk/group orders.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup. Once your order is ready you will receive an email with the instruction on time and place. Please note local pickup orders are scheduled to be picked up on the weekends only.
What is your return policy?
Due to the pandemic, COVID 19, all our products are final sale. We do not accept returns.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days of purchase (weekends and holidays not included). Bulk/ group order can take up 3 weeks depending on the order quantity
